Krypto POS Sdn Bhd (“ZoomIn“ or “KryptoPOS“) is committed to ensuring the privacy of all users’ personal (“Users“) information.
In order to use the Services, all Users will need to submit to ZoomIn certain personal information such as their Full Name, Company Registration Number (if any), Email Address, Physical (Mailing) address, Telephone (or Mobile) Number, demographic information, and any other information Users choose to provide.
Users may be asked to submit further information from time to time according to the software offering they are subscribing to.
USE OF INFORMATION AND TRANSACTIONAL DATA
The personal information that Users provide will only be used in connection with the Services offered by ZoomIn, to communicate with Users in relation to the Services or to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authorities. ZoomIn reserves the right to use data (on an anonymous & non-personally identifiable basis) in relation to Users’ use of the Services for marketing & retargeting purposes.
The use of Users transactional data will be used to process and aggregate sales data for ZoomIn recommendation engine & supplier matching system which will be made available for Users benefits.
ZoomIn does not share information that contains personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, address, and phone number to third party entities. We share information that does not identify you personally, including but not limited to location and demographic information & transactional data.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION & DATA
Unless expressly authorised to do so by the relevant User, ZoomIn will not disclose any User’s personal information or transactional data to any third party except where the disclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected (as stated above).
ACCESS TO AND UPDATES OF INFORMATION & TRANSACTIONAL DATA
Users may request at any time to see the personal information that ZoomIn holds on its behalf or to correct or update any personal information (to the extent that Users are unable to do so on the Website). Please email ZoomIn at email@example.com

ZoomIn maintains Users personal data in a secure cloud-based server environment at various data centers, some of which may be located outside of Malaysia. ZoomIn has implemented certain appropriate security measures to help protect Users personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All ZoomIn services are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure secure transmission of transactional data. ZoomIn also stores Users personal information in servers with restricted access, and uses a variety of technical security measures to secure all forms of data.
Please note that ZoomIn cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat these stringent security measures in place. However, regardless of where storage and processing may occur, ZoomIn will always take appropriate steps to ensure that Users information & transactional data are constantly protected and uncompromised set to industry standards, consistent with the principles set forth under this Policy.
DATA RETENTION & STORAGE
ZoomIn may hold Users’ personal information both before and after the cancellation of each User’s account, for as long as ZoomIn is lawfully entitled to do so. Transactional data will be stored for a period of up to Six (6) months after the cancellation of services by the User. Six (6) months after the cancellation of ZoomIn services, the transactional data will be archived as historical data.
ZoomIn is based in the Federation of Malaysia and the information & data ZoomIn collects is governed by Malaysian law, as well as adhering to the laws as prescribed by the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PDPA) ACT 2010
